I live in The Lake Club and know the market hear very well. My associate, Mike Harshman, is also a long term resident.
I am a licensed broker in the state of Florida and a member of both the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. This gives me full access to the Stellar MLS and the Florida Gulf Coast MLS, providing a larger marketing reach and more data on buying and selling trends.
My commission structure is 1%-2%, depending on the price of the property and extra services desired. I can afford to offer a low commission because I don't have the overhead that many brokerages have, yet I have access to the same or better listing and marketing tools.
