Hi, I'm Mike O'Donnell!

As the old saying goes, "This ain't my first rodeo." When it comes to very personal, high-value transactions, I've brokered more than most. Few things are more personal and more financially important to people than their homes.

I have more than 40 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.

I was raised in Florida. Went to college here. I started my career as a high-tech entrepreneur, starting, building, and selling several leading edge companies backed by venture capital in Silicon Valley, Seattle, and New York. It was a great run. Had a blast, traveled the world, and raised a family.

After selling my last company, I started teaching entrepreneurship at Broward College, the University or Miami, and at several prominent startup accelerators.

That led me to helping company founders to sell their businesses, which are very complex and high stress transactions. Since that work required extensive knowledge of M&A -- and a broker's license, that led me to helping friends and family buy and sell real estate.

I found it very enjoyable and rewarding, so I decided it was the most important contribution I could make at this stage of my life. You can check out the many homes I have brokered and my Five Star reviews on Zillow.

I love helping people buy their dream home, often by first helping them sell the one they currently live in. I especially love saving them a ton of money in commissions and other expenses.
